Notes:

Marks and grades will be awarded on the Report Card On the basis of the consolidated result of the year, if any student scores less than 40% marks the decision of the Principal will be final for promotion to next class.

Students are not allowed to bring book or paper in the day of examination. Any student found to have brought any books or paper will not be allowed to appear for the evaluation.

Answer paper of 1st term test will be shown to the parents whereas those of 2nd term test will not be shown.

If a student is not able to appear for whole or part of the examination for a valid and acceptable reason, his/ her case will be considered on the basis of the whole year’s record.

Student who resorts to the malpractice will be debarred from the rest of the examination. This can even lead to the dismissal of the student from the school. Students absent from any examination will not be re-examined.

In all matters connected with the examination and promotion, the decision of the Principal is final and binding.
