HOSTEL RULES

- It is mandatory for all students and parents to know and understand these rules:
- Guardians / wards are requested to co-operate with the hostel management on the following set of rules for the smooth running of the hostel, which are of the foremost importance.
- Entire fees for the hostel and school have to be paid in three installments. Each installment has to be paid in the beginning upfront. Mode of payments is cash/bank transfer.
- Hostel fees structure may be revised when it is deemed necessary by the management.
- Parents may visit their wards on the second Sunday and the last Sunday of every month between 9am to 4 pm.
- During the visit the parents are requested to wait in the waiting area while the meeting is being arranged with their ward.
- They are requested to handover the articles they have brought for their wards to the hostel superintendent.
- Any cooked food from out side is not allowed in the hostel.
- Hostel doesn’t serve any non-vegetarian food. Even onion, garlic and mushroom are also strictly prohibited.
- We encourage healthy food and healthy lifestyle; hence parents are requested not to indulge their wards with fast/junk foods.
- Wards are not allowed to have any money/valuables with them in the hostel.
- They are also not allowed to have any electronic games, gadgets, knife, matchbox and lighter of any sorts.
- Guardians are strictly prohibited to visit their wards in the dormitory except when the ward is sick.
- Guardians are allowed to contact their wards through phone on every Sunday between 9 am to 6 pm, any other day (except while sick) the same is prohibited.
- They are not allowed to take their wards outside the hostel premises during their visit except for medical purpose.
- If/ When the ward becomes sick, hostel superintendent will contact the guardian right away it comes to his notice. First aid will be made available to the ward. If sickness is of serious nature parents must visit the ward as soon as possible and do the needful. Meanwhile the management will move according to the suggestion of the guardian.
- They will take their wards home only on the designated long holidays i.e. Dashahara, Christmas, and summer holidays. Some exception can be made for emergencies and on medical ground.
- After repeated reminder if the ward does not mend his behavior to an acceptable degree, he will be discharged from the hostel and there will be no refund of fees whatsoever.
- If the guardians want to withdraw their ward from the hostel in the middle of the session, they will have to pay the fees for the entire session.
- Guardians must disclose any special condition of health and behavior of their wards on the admission declaration form and attach a copy of medical report of the same if any.
- Management will not be responsible for any lost article & wear and tear, where as any damage caused to the property by the student will be recovered from him.
- Parents can take their wards home on the day the holiday notice has been served and must return their wards a day before the school reopens.
- Management doesn’t guarantee that by taking admission in the hostel the ward is automatically entitled to secure desired grade in the class. For that the ward has to toil and make sincere efforts. However teachers will always be there to clear their doubt on the subjects.
- The hostel rules may be revised from time to time as per the needs.
